How many students are in a class?We keep our classes small and personal! You can choose between one-on-one lessons or pair sessions with just two students.

How long are the lessons?Lesson length depends on your child's age. For our little ones (ages 4-8), we keep it sweet and short at 25 minutes, perfect for young attention spans! For students 9 and up, lessons are 30 minutes long.

What device is needed for learning?Just grab any device with a stable internet connection, microphone, and camera, and you are ready! Our platform works smoothly on iOS, Android, MacOS, and Windows.

How do the lessons take place?Our lessons happen in a fun virtual classroom through our special app! Kids can use an interactive brush to complete exercises, play games, color pictures, and so much more. We love gamification with stars, rewards, and exciting challenges that make learning feel like play.And here's the best part: learning with us isn't just for kids! Teens and adults also join our interactive sessions with live teachers, using modern techniques that help you actually absorb the material and stay motivated.

Who teaches at your school?All our teachers are native English speakers with TEFL certifications and real teaching experience. Before they start, they go through our special training program to make sure they meet our high standards and can work effectively with students of all ages.

Can I change teachers?Absolutely! You can switch teachers anytime or even study with multiple teachers - whatever works best for your schedule and learning style.

How to cancel or reschedule a lesson?For pair lessons, just give us 24 hours notice. For individual lessons, we need at least 8 hours heads up. Easy peasy! For more details, please review our public offer agreement.

What language are the lessons conducted in?Everything happens in English using our ESL (English as a Second Language) approach. This means even complete beginners dive right into an English-speaking environment from day one. It's the fastest way to learn and adapt!

Can I study from abroad?Yes! You can join us from anywhere in the world (except russia and belarus). The app automatically adjusts to your local time zone, so you'll never miss a lesson no matter where you are.

Will you ever call me?Nope! We believe in giving all our students equal attention, so we don't do sales calls. Instead, just reach out to us on whatever platform works best for you: Telegram, Instagram, or WhatsApp (please note that we do not use Viber).
